Conflict-free living directly on the beach

In Limassol, work began in 2016 on a construction site of superlatives. Since its completion in 2022, the ONE Tower has towered high above the city. With its height of 170 metres, it has made it to the top of two rankings at once: Limassol's new landmark is the tallest building in Cyprus and at the same time the tallest residential building on a beach in the eastern Mediterranean.

The design is the result of a cooperation between the English architectural firm WKK Architects and the Cypriot firm Eraclis Papachristou. With ONE, the team of architects has developed a tower in a slightly elliptical shape that gives the coastline a completely new image. It serves as a luxury residential property with a gross living area of 36,580m², distributed over 37 floors and 84 residential units. It offers its residents every comfort imaginable - from a pool and jacuzzi, to smart-home amenities and a concierge service. The building's location rounds out this offering, complementing it with sea and lake views and direct proximity to the beach, city and marina.

Highly effective impact sound insulation and vibration isolation for undisturbed living

REGUPOL comfort 8 was used for impact sound insulation under the screed. This type of material was predestined for the number of floors due to its unique combination of high insulation values and a comparatively low installation height. In addition, individual building components were decoupled at various points in the building to reduce sound transmission via the flanks using REGUFOAM vibration 220plus and REGUPOL vibration 550. Today, these measures ensure disturbance-free living.
