Multi-family residential building Oberursel
A multi-family residential building with underground parking was built on Gattenhöferweg in Oberursel in 2019 and 2020. In the case of this construction project, the creation of additional living space on the outskirts of Frankfurt was complicated by the existing rail infrastructure. The underground railway line runs at a distance of only nine metres from the building. In order to ensure freedom from disturbance for the residents, it was decided to use several materials from REGUPOL.
REGUFOAM vibration 270plus and REGUFOAM vibration 300plus as well as REGUPOL vibration 480 were used for the horizontal building foundation insulation. The vertical decoupling was carried out with REGUPOL vibration 450. These measures have resulted in a residential complex that offers a combination of all amenities: Proximity to the city with the best infrastructural connections and sound insulation at the highest level.
