Approximately 9,150m² of REGUPOL sonus multi 4.5 acoustic underlay was installed under direct-fix tiling, while 5,700m² of REGUPOL sonus core 5 acoustic underlay was installed under engineered timber flooring at One Central Park. Additionally 420m² of REGUPOL sonusfit underlay was installed to alleviate potential vibration issues in the development’s gym areas.
