View of the façade with balconies of the Piano House residential building in Warsaw

Piano House Warsaw

Piano House Warsaw

With 68 rooms ranging in size from 30 to 250m², spread over a total of five floors, the Piano House is an imposing sight. Not only the size, but also the chosen building materials such as granite, quartz stone and onyx give the property an impressive look. Moreover, the name says it all here, as the façade is modelled on the keys of a piano.

Those who live in one of the luxury flats enjoy the highest level of living comfort. Living comfort that was in danger of being jeopardised by the local underground line of the Warsaw Metro. The metro passes the building at short intervals and causes disturbing vibrations every time it passes. To prevent the negative effects, elastomers from the REGUPOL vibration range were installed. As a result, nothing stands in the way of undisturbed living in a prime location in the middle of Warsaw, close to the banks of the Vistula.
