ALEA residential quarter Frankfurt

ALEA is a residential quarter in a central location on Mainzer Landstraße in Frankfurt's Gallus district. It was completed in 2017 and comprises 86 condominiums and 214 rental flats. To meet any requirements, the residential units represent a balanced mix of one- to five-room flats with living spaces ranging from 36 - 150 m². The residential offer is complemented by retail shops that have moved in on the ground floor. These ensure perfect local supply in the neighbourhood.
