Allianz One Tower Paris

The Allianz Tower, with an overall height of 85 meters, is located in the heart of La Défense, the popular business district of Paris. The district extends the renown Champs Elysées from Arc de Triomphe all the way to the Grand Arche, a modern replication of the Arc de Triomphe and also landmark of La Défense.

Between 2012 and 2015 the Allianz Tower has been renovated by the Bouygues Group. Now, the tower offers 1700 people on 42,000m² and 23 different floor levels a place to work. While renovating the whole building also the commercial kitchen has been reconstructed. In this area a floating screed has been installed over REGUPOL sound 47 for effective decoupling.

Thanks to considering many different environmental topics while redeveloping this giant building, the Allianz Tower is now certified by BREEAM, LEED, HQE and BBC.
